We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service:

• Account data: Email address and hashed password when you register
• Usage data: Number of downloads per day (no URLs are stored)
• Payment data: Processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details
• Log data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and enforce usage limits
• To process payments via Razorpay
• To improve the reliability of our Service
• To send essential transactional emails (e.g. receipts)

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not store any URLs you paste into the downloader. We do not store or cache any video files. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Razorpay for payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to data shared with them: razorpay.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@growthview.app.

7. Your Rights (DPDP Act, India)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Security

Passwords are stored as salted SHA-256 hashes. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.
